EVENT + MEETING SPACE: Stonewall Youth welcomes folks to use our first floor for meetings, events, and performances. It’s not a fancy space (though we’re working on making it more fabulous) but it could be just what you need!

The first floor has about 1600 square feet of available space, including two bathrooms. It is nearly but not entirely ADA accessible. For example, all doors and areas are accessible and the floor is all at the same level, but people who use wheelchairs or have other mobility issues may want assistance in opening the door at the entrance. Both bathrooms are ADA accessible. We’re working on making improvements.

OFFICE SPACE: On the second floor, there are 10 offices that we lease to artists and folks doing social justice work. We currently don’t have any offices for rent. Click on the button below if you’re interested in hearing from us about upcoming openings.

Are you serving food or beverages at this event?

Our kitchen facilities are very limited at the moment and you would need to provide plates, utensils, etc.

Is this a "child-friendly" event (i.e., safe and enjoyable for youth up to age 10 or so?) If not, are you providing childcare?

We don't (yet) require childcare. We just want you to consider that childcare may be an accessibility issue for parents/guardians who may need to get childcare in order to attend the event. For example, low-income parents/guardians who'd like to attend your event may not be able to attend if they don't have access to childcare. Consider making your event child-friendly, or providing childcare, or requesting donations from non-parents with resources to give to low-income parents/guardians.

How much can you and your group afford to pay per hour for the use of Stonewall Youth's space?

Just give us a dollar amount to work with, and we'll work with you to come up with a workable hourly rate. We have a sliding scale from $0 to about $150 for the use of our space. We want to make the space available to people who are not able to pay. This means we want people who are able to pay to help Stonewall Youth pay our staff and other costs incurred by events.
